This product allows your customers to easily understand and access various assets related to the purchased machine. It can also serve as an additional USP (unique selling point) when selling your machine.
How is security of the customer portal guaranteed?
IXON ensures seamless yet secure machine connectivity with a solution that integrates cybersecurity into every aspect, also in the service portal. We have multiple security certifications: ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27701 and ISO 9001, and conform to IEC 62443-4-2.

Can I integrate with 3rd party IT systems?
Yes, IXON is an open and expandable platform that never wants to limit you. Therefore we offer multiple options to integrate with 3rd party systems. Our App Engine allows you to build your own integrations and our Marketplace offers a lot of apps made by us or one of our partners, to extend the value of IXON.

What are my options for branding the portal?
You can customize your customer portal entirely to match your brand. Set up your logos and brand colors, use your own domain and offer your unique white-labelled smartphone app in the App Store and Play Store.
It’s also possible to send branded invitation emails to your users, incorporate your personalized Terms of Use (ToU) and Privacy Statement and to white-label the edge gateway with your own front-foil design.
Can my customer directly see its HMI?
Through EasyControl your customer can easily access the HMI, without opening the VPN tunnel. With a single click, the customer can enter its own touch panel remotely. (Available for touchpanels with VNC or web server).
How can I handle different languages from my customers?
Translations can be centrally managed, so your customers can use the portal in their own language.
Can I proactively alarm stakeholders in case of machine anomalies?
Yes, it’s possible to set who receives alerts when something is wrong with the machine, and in what way alarms are sent. It’s even possible to send instructions along about what they can do to help resolve the issue.
