2 things to improve:
1. I think it's good when you can always quickly see which firmware version a device is on (even after login that wasn't possible)
2. I think that the router should have been able to work around the wrong APN name itself. But, I'm not sure if that is possible as simple as I state it here.
Something that you guys should never change because it makes you awesome!:
It's highly appreciated that you have a phonenumber on the website and that I quickly got a real human on the line. And not just a random 1st level support engineer that has to ask stupid questions about having the device turned off and on again, but a real engineer, subject matter expert that came with a proper solution, even took the effort to mail me the details.

We currently use 4 Ixon routers to gather data from different sites within the group - and allow VPN connection to sites for us to give PLC support. The data acquisition works well and the wide range of supported devices is useful. Further development and "fancy" graphics would be welcome.
