There’s now a logbook available in IXON Cloud that enables you to leave notes on anything relevant to the operation of your machine. Think of configuration changes, executed maintenance work and problems that arose. This way, you and your colleagues can keep track of changes made in the machine.
The service logbook improves collaboration and efficiency:
Centralized logging of configuration changes, maintenance work and more
Allows engineers to keep track of their own actions
Facilitates communication within a service team and to customers
Increased accountability through clear recording of work performed
Each user can add notes and edit and delete their own notes. Platform administrators and any user with "Manage Devices" rights can also edit and delete notes from other users.
You can add the Service logbook to a device page in IXON Cloud.
Some machines do not have an Ethernet port available, but can be programmed via USB or with a USB to serial converter. With USB over IP you can access these devices remotely.
The IXrouter's local web interface offers diagnostic tools which can be used to troubleshoot local connection issues where an IXrouter isn't able to connect to the internet or our servers.
TMI uses a Power BI connector to combine IXON data with other data sources to make production processes more visible and controllable, and to make data-driven decisions.
