Cost savings for Mismatic customers with worldwide remote service
Mismatic is an Italian manufacturer of screen printing machines, dryers and handling systems in various fields such as textiles and packaging. They are a small company but have customers all over the world, including India, Uzbekistan and the United States.
Massimiliano Carnevale, project engineer at Mismatic, explains that it’s impossible for them to visit every customer personally. "We don't have the money or the people to provide service in every country where we have machines." That’s when they realised they needed a remote access solution.
The integration of IXON Cloud allows Mismatic's engineers to connect directly to the machine at the customer's site. This allows for better and faster service and cost savings. Additionally, it offers extra control options via a smartphone or tablet for Mismatic's customers.
