M2M Cloud Cluster is widely used in applications where a central Data Acquisition System continuously has to monitor locations throughout the world.

The installations are connected to the IXON Cloud via the IXrouter. The IXrouter sets up an outbound connection to the IXON Cloud, so you don’t have to open any ports in the local firewall. Your own server is linked to IXON Cloud via OpenVPN. This makes your server part of the cluster, creating a permanent VPN infrastructure between your server(s) and locations worldwide.

The M2M Cloud Cluster is automatically provided with security updates. You have access to all functionalities on the IXON Cloud, such as VPN, Cloud Access, User management, Cloud Logging and Cloud Notify.
